About Siddhant
I am a certified yoga instructor with a strong interest in the traditional practice of yoga and its practical application in everyday life. I have completed a 200-Hour Ashtanga Vinyasa Teacher Training, along with the Protocol Instructor Course from Morarji Desai National Institute of Yoga (MDNIY), where I graduated with First Class and Distinction. I have also completed a specialized Shatkarma course from MDNIY.
I enjoy helping people develop a consistent and meaningful yoga practice, regardless of their previous experience. My teaching combines traditional yoga with a practical, student-focused approach, with emphasis on proper technique, breath awareness and mindful practice. I believe yoga is a journey of learning and self-awareness, and I aim to create a comfortable environment where students can learn, ask questions and progress at their own pace.

My teaching approach is simple, practical and personalized. I focus on helping students understand the purpose and technique behind each practice rather than simply following postures. Depending on the student’s level and goals, a class usually begins with centering and breath awareness, followed by warm-up and mobility practices, asana practice, pranayama and meditation, ending with relaxation.
I pay close attention to alignment, breathing and individual limitations, and I encourage students to progress gradually and safely. My background in Hatha Yoga, Ashtanga Vinyasa, meditation, pranayama and traditional yogic practices allows me to bring both discipline and authenticity to my teaching.
My classes are suitable for adults and college students, from complete beginners to experienced practitioners. Whether your goal is to improve flexibility and strength, develop a regular yoga practice, manage stress, or deepen your understanding of yoga, the sessions are adapted to your individual needs.
