About Silkra
I have a recreational background in aerial silks and gymnastics, and came to yoga for mental health reasons. I fell in love with the practice for the same reasons I loved aerial silks and gymnastics, but gained more from the holistic approach of yoga and more recently aerial yoga!
I enjoy the mindfulness and spiritual side of the practice as much as the physical movement and seek to incorporate this into my cuing and sequencing.

Classes will cater to faster flow vinyasa practices for those who want to move their body and connect with their breath, or slower yin practices to stretch, relax and deepen their connection with their breath.
Will include mindfulness practices such as guided meditations, guided visual imagery, intention setting, pranayama (breath) practices and other alternative practices tailored to you
