About Chris
I am a current 3rd year student of laws/psychology at the Queensland University of Technology. I have previously taught English and essay writing for high school students and am currently running peer mentoring sessions for new law students.

I maintain a friendly atmosphere in my lessons so students feel comfortable, whether I am providing feedback for their work or they are describing their frustrations and issues regarding schoolwork. In my classes I take a purposive approach to essay writing. I believe students should have a good understanding of structuring an effective essay, and importantly understand what makes an essay effective and be able to differentiate effective and non-effective essays.
