About Charlotte
I hold a BA(Hons) in Professional Dance from Central School of Ballet and 500 hours Advanced Yoga, breath and Meditation training with Yoga Alliance and Independent Yoga Network. I have been a dedicated practitioner and teacher for more than 10 years with a vast experience teaching in workplaces, universities, studios, hospitals, community outreach and private settings.
I share these practices to guide people more fully into body and living experience, to soften, settle and find our centre.

I hold safe, judgement-free spaces for people in all walks of life to find greater ease of being through awareness and acceptance. The yoga philosophy I study, and that continually inspires my practice and teaching, is the view that everything is already as divine as it is possible to be, and that we are in a process of remembering rather than attaining.

I have been practising Yoga with Charlotte since August 2020 and I am glad that I found her on superprof.
