About Laura
I have my Associates Degree in Dance, a dance teacher certification.
I also have my: YOGA & AYURVEDA 200 HOUR CYT CERTIFICATION & RESTORATIVE YOGA TEACHER CERTIFICATION. I have been doing yoga personally for over 10 years, and have been a dancing for many years as well, so I feel very confident in working with the body, not against.

I first feel it is important to have a one on one phone session before taking on a private client, to see what he/she is interested in accomplishing and what some of their specific goals are for their yoga practice. I always want to help me clients achieve their highest goals and potential, in yoga and dance.

Details
My rates are not based on where my student is at. My in person 1 hour rate is a flat $30. I offer a much lower rate for Webcam because it is not in person. I do require a 24 hour notice for any cancellation, so I may ask for card number up front when scheduling.
