About Widya
I hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Music and have achieved ABRSM Grade 8 in both Practical and Theory, as well as Yamaha Grade 6.
I teach ABRSM Music Theory Grades 1–5 because I believe that a good understanding of theory provides an important foundation for every musician. My lessons focus on making theory clear, structured, and approachable, while helping students prepare effectively for their examinations.
I aim to provide supportive and well-organized lessons that are tailored to each student’s level and learning pace.

My online ABRSM Music Theory lessons are designed for students preparing for ABRSM Grades 1–5. Each 30-minute lesson is focused and structured according to the student's level and learning needs.
* Clear explanations of music theory concepts
* Exercises and practice materials provided
* Guided practice and exam-style questions during lessons
* Weekly homework to reinforce what we learn
* Homework review and feedback in the following lesson
* Step-by-step preparation for ABRSM theory exams
* Lessons adapted to the student's pace and areas that need improvement
My goal is to help students understand music theory clearly, rather than simply memorising or guessing answers, so they can approach their ABRSM exam with greater confidence.
