About Olivia

My name is Olivia, but most people call me Liv! I’ve had a passion for fitness most of my life due to my mom being a big role model with prioritizing her health and fitness throughout all stages of her life. Weight lifting/strength training is my specialty and I’ve been training clients professionally for the past three years and trained clients for fun for many years before that. I love getting outside to walk my dog and enjoy the nature, and I like to call myself a coffee connoisseur

About the lesson

I’ve helped many clients reach their goals, while setting real expectations and helping them through the hiccups! Getting back on track with your health should be important, but it shouldn’t take up all of your time. I help program workouts that fit your schedule, setting, and personal goals!
