I am a very athletic and positive person who has played many sports and coached for over 10 years. I studied sports courses and have also gained qualifications from many governing bodies. I believe in a happy coach/teacher makes for a positive session and and encouraging role model. Understanding your lesson and it's goals allows a clearer instruction and a more rewarding session.
