Lessons will be tailored to each individuals needs, working to bring yogic practices into daily life.
I work with yoga (Aśanā) breathwork (Prāṇayama) meditation (Dhyāna), EFT (emotional freedom techniques) and journaling to help move through hardships as well as cultivate love and presence in ones life.
