About Anastasia
I’ve spent over 12 years working in recruitment and Talent Acquisition, hiring across multiple business functions globally while leading and developing recruiters.
Throughout my career, one of the parts of my work I’ve valued most has been helping people navigate recruitment with greater confidence and understanding. I’ve coached candidates through interviews, helped professionals recognise the value in their own experience and given honest insight into how hiring decisions are actually made.
I’m naturally consultative, supportive and straightforward. I believe good career coaching should give you more than encouragement it should help you understand your situation, recognise what you can influence and leave you with something practical to do next.
My professional experience is complemented by training in Agile Coaching, which has strengthened the structured, action-focused approach I bring to my sessions.
Most importantly, I want the people I work with to feel comfortable being themselves. You don’t need to arrive knowing exactly what you want or having the perfect career plan. Bring me the problem as it is, and we’ll work from there.

My sessions are practical, supportive and tailored to the career challenge you’re facing. We can work on job-search strategy, interview preparation, career transitions, professional positioning or simply gaining clarity on your next move.
I use a solution-focused approach informed by Agile coaching principles. We’ll identify what you want to achieve, understand what may be getting in the way and turn that into practical actions you can test and build on.
For interview preparation, I won’t give you generic scripts or tell you what to say. Instead, I’ll help you identify the strongest evidence from your own experience, understand what employers are assessing and communicate your examples naturally and confidently.
Whether you book one session for a specific challenge or work with me over several sessions, my aim is for you to leave with greater clarity, honest insight and practical next steps you can actually use.
