About Rochelle
I am a South African yogi who has been drawn to the practice for over 12 years now.
I believe that yoga is allowed to be whatever feels right to the individual. To me, it is a moving exercise and allows me to focus on how I feel at that moment while strengthening my body. Since doing yoga I have found the most amazing inner and outer strength and to be able to show others how to harness that would truly be an honor.
I have 275 hours training in various yoga techniques (Vinyasa flow, Yin and Sculpt HIIT) and am also a Life Coach, which allows me to hold space for my students.

My lessons are all online so you can do them in the comfort of your own home.
You will be learning about how the practice of yoga is specifically for you, and grow in strength and alignment which will help you in every day life as well as your exercise on your mat.
Above all else, I believe yoga should be fun and what you need for that moment, whether it is more quiet, active or strength building.
My classes are aimed at intermediate yogi's and I can tailor classes for beginners.
60 minutes of yoga movements including stretching and strengthening.
