I loved food tech in school. I found all of it fascinating and loved learning about how the food worked and the way it was made and formed. I aim to be able to pass on this passion through my teaching and to make the loads of theory work manageable and more understandable

About the lesson

Food technology can be difficult especially if you signed up to it for an easy ride like many students do. People tend to think it will be the easiest GCSE they do before getting overwhelmed with the heavy content load. I aim to make this as manageable as possible
