About Rachel
I have over ten years experience within spiritual practices and energy healing. I hold certificates in life coaching, traditional reiki, angelic reiki, acupressure, nutrition and angel healing therapy. I also work as a private vocal coach and in schools alongside children with special educational needs. I hold an enhanced DBS certificate.

I base my teaching around the concept of frequency and how to interpret the language of energy. You will learn the difference between low vibration and high vibration, the fastest way to initiate yourself into using reiki or other forms of energy healing, meditation and directing positive thoughts for self-healing and manifestation. I also offer angel intuitive readings and can teach you how to interpret cards.
