My vision is for you to love reading/writing so much that you don't want to stop. I taught English to all ages for more than five years in Asia. My BA is in English Literature with a minor in Philosophy.

I base my methods on the book How Children Learn by John Holt. Children learn much faster than adults, so they're a good model for all ages. The key is to discover your individual motivations and interests. And we will!

Details
My rates are far from fixed. I teach the first four lessons at a flat rate of $19 per hour (first lesson is not free). You may purchase one lesson at a time with no commitment. After four lessons, we'll discuss a new price based on many factors. The average rate will be roughly $27 per hour, with a minimum of $22 and a high of $40.
