Megan is a truly exceptional artist and tutor. Having known her for over 25 years, I have watched her live and breathe her craft with complete authenticity since childhood. She is primarily a sculptor, but her versatility and talent is incredible—extending across tattooing, graphic design, and creative work with young people.
We have shared several meaningful creative experiences together over the years. Megan is my tattoo artist, which speaks to the absolute trust I place in her talent, precision, and creative vision—I trust her completely to put her artwork on my body. She also created the visual design work for my theatre production, bringing an intuitive, dedicated, and deeply collaborative spirit to the process.
What I appreciate most about her approach to teaching is that she doesn't just teach technical skill; she passes on a genuine creative mindset. Because she lives and loves her art so fully, learning with Megan gives students—especially children—a rare opportunity to see how a true artist thinks, experiments, and builds ideas from scratch. She is encouraging, patient, and deeply inspiring. Any student lucky enough to learn with Megan will come away with both technical skill and the artistic confidence to express themselves authentically. I couldn't recommend her more highly!
