I have spent most of my life writing in many different forms.
I always have kept a journal and have discovered ways to heal emotional trauma through writing.
I have written children books and also have helped children write there own books.
Going deep into a meditation and connecting to myself and then expressing what flows through me and turning it into a song or poem is something I LOVE doing and would love guiding others in as well!
I also am open to helping those who wish to speak english.
