About Aastha
I am an Ayurveda graduate and practicing since last 2 years which enhanced my knowledge of dealing with patients psychology. Attended many national seminars to boost and update my knowledge, written articles, career councelling to many and as a doctor I council every patient of mine to deal with diseases physically and mentally as well. With my bachelor's study, I prefered to decode samhitas (Ayurveda classics) to get deep knowledge about human anatomy and psychology. I had worked on yoga skills to parallel it with ayurveda which gives u complete knowledge of healing process and fulfill health defination given by WHO. AYURVED is a deep science to heal mind body soul. Coming from a family where my parents are teachers i was lucky to join them to their schools and being around students, i learned how to deal with students and make learning easy . I have been participating in debates from a long time which helped me to improve my vocabulary. My schooling was done from KVS, where studing was not only for grades but for learning alot then I did my neet preparation from kota Allen where the level of teaching was tremendous which make me learn more about teaching skills and learning methodology.

I believe in interactive method ( 2 way communication) and Bringing academic concepts to life with visual and practical learning experiences which is today's need towards ayurveda.
First I like to start with a overview of the topic with decoding every technical word related to classical text. Marking reference of every concept taught to classics and it's practical application in clinical view point.
I will do my best to make u understand every gist of topic which sticks you life long.
I teach ayurveda from basics to advance , yoga theory and how it help u live a better life, council at every stage of learnjng.
As I m working on human psychology, I can help u manage anger, anxiety, restlessness, stress, insomnia

Every teacher has knowledge but they somewhere fail to make students understand,but she has great communication and teaching skills

She teaches her subject in calm manner and knows abouts her subject. She is joyfull and clear each and every doubt. Aastha have a good knowledge about her subject and knows how to deal with situations. She has faces the situation that every student face in his/her study life so she deal with it nicely. Aastha is too supportive & practical teacher. She explains things more logically & with the facts which helps you to remember it for long duration of time & also she make you to recall things of previous lecture in present lecture so that the topics she teaches will never get cleared from your minds.
