About Ryo
I am both a Japanese language instructor and an artist. I enjoy talking about art and design. I have also studied abroad in New Zealand and France, so I understand the challenges of learning a language. We can talk not only about language but also about life and culture in Japan. Hello! I'm Ryo, your Japanese language instructor. I've taught over 4,000 lessons and supported the Japanese language learning of more than 100 students. I can also provide support in English and French, so even complete beginners can start with confidence. Lessons are tailored to each individual's goals and level. For beginners, we'll use "Minna no Nihongo" to carefully teach hiragana, katakana, pronunciation, grammar, and vocabulary from the basics. For those who want to practice conversation, we'll enjoy natural conversations on topics of interest such as hobbies, work, and Japanese culture, while I provide clear feedback on grammar and expressions on the spot. I myself am still learning foreign languages, so I understand both the difficulties and joys of learning a new language. Making mistakes is the first step to improvement. Let's have fun together and become confident in speaking Japanese! I look forward to meeting you!
