About Abigale
I graduated from UC Berkeley with a BS in Environmental Economics and Policy and a minor in Global Studies. I graduated with an overall GPA of 3.9 and a major GPA of 4.0. I have worked in finance for almost 2 years and have a strong grasp of math and economics concepts, from algebra to calculus. I have lots of experience working with kids from babysitting and tutoring throughout both high school and college. I can work with students in math and economics as well as some science and humanities. My academic experience included both math and humanities ranging from multivariable calculus, statistics, history, sustainability, environmental sciences.

As a tutor, I get an understanding of where students are in their understanding of their work and break concepts into manageable steps. I like to use practice problems and create guides to offer support for specific concepts. I like to set up each session by setting specific goals for each session so we can be sure the student leaves the session feeling accomplished and confident in the support they received.
