I might not have an education degree, but ever since high school, my classmates looked for me to teach them because they said "You make math so easy", so I want my students to feel the same way. All my classmates I taught rocked the exam.

I love to entertain my students because learning math is so much fun (call me crazy).
First, I let my students try by themselves, so I can notice how and where they get stuck and from there, depending on the situation, I show them step by step a specific procedure that works best for the student.
I let my student try to learn by him/herself because that way it's easy for the student to adapt and understand the procedure faster. Something important to remember is: "comprehension over memory", is not the same to remember that 3 * 3 = 9 and 2 + 2 = 4, but understanding that:
3 * 3 = 3 + 3 + 3 = 9 and 2 + 2 = (1 + 1) + (1 + 1) = 4
Everything started by counting, so you can count on me ;)
