About Hael
With an extensive background as a lawyer and a published author in both English and Malay, I have dedicated my career to the art of clear communication and the mastery of complex information.
My work, spanning several books and articles, is driven by a commitment to making intricate concepts accessible to a wide, multilingual audience.
Beyond the legal and literary worlds, I am deeply passionate about education. My teaching philosophy is rooted in radical empathy.
Having experienced academic challenges myself, I understand that the classroom environment can often feel overwhelming and inaccessible. I know firsthand that "understanding" isn't always immediate—it requires the right approach.

I know firsthand how difficult it can be to keep up in a traditional classroom setting. Because I’ve been there, I don't just teach subjects; I teach individuals.
I reject "one-size-fits-all" instruction. Instead, I adopt a bespoke, case-by-case approach for every student I mentor. Before a single learning session begins, I prioritize:
• Diagnostic Understanding: Identifying specific academic hurdles and knowledge gaps.
• Behavioral Alignment: Adapting to the student's unique attitude, nature, and learning style.
• Tailored Preparation: Crafting custom sessions that transform frustration into academic confidence.
By matching my teaching style to their specific needs, I help transform frustration into understanding.
