About Salman
I was born and raised in the Netherlands. I have been speaking Dutch my whole life. I'm a patient and understandable person. When I try to teach and explain, I try to do it in the most simple and easy-to-understand way. I also try to place myself in my student's shoes. I will not move on until I know the student has understood what I have said.
I do not get easily irritated/frustrated when the student doesn't immediately understand me. I understand that every person needs to grow and learn at their own level, so I will be patient, gentle, and calm in correcting my students and leading them in the right direction.

Welcome, pilgrim!
My name is Salman, and I'm a Dutch tutor teaching people the Dutch language. I was born and raised in the Netherlands, so my Dutch is excellent.
What sets me apart from other teachers is my simplicity in teaching. I won't be teaching you difficult grammar or wasting your time on words you won't use or don't immediately need.
I will be teaching you the basic words of the language. After you have learned the basic words, we will move on to learning sentences.
After we have done that, I will let the student read PDF files containing parts of Dutch books. I will correct the student when they make mistakes and explain words they don't understand in the text.
After we have done that, I will try to hold an entire conversation with the student until the student has reached fluency.
These lessons are for beginner and intermediate students who want to reach fluency in the language.
