About Dawn
My love and passion for yoga has just taken me on a 12 month journey around Asia, teaching and studying as I travelled. I am originally from a teaching background and I feel this natural aptitude comes through in my classes.

I have studied Hatha, Ashtanga Vinyasa and Yin yoga and like to combine these different schools of yoga into my classes along with considering the 8 limbs of Yoga. Making my classes accessible to all levels of students is key.
