About Silma
As a dedicated and experienced tutor with a BSc in Management and IT and a high GPA, I bring both strong academic expertise and practical knowledge to my teaching. My goal is to create a learning environment where every student feels supported, motivated, and capable of achieving their best. A structured 45–60 minute class usually follows this flow:

Brief explanation of what we’ll cover and why it is important.
Concept Explanation (15–20 minutes)

Independent Practice (5–10 minutes)
