About Emmanuel
I'm a nurse, foreign trained, I've lived in 3 different continents and stress used to be a huge thing for me until I got to the university where I learnt during my undergraduate studies effective ways of coping with stress and staying healthy.

My teaching method is more on a case to case basis. Some require a different method than others depending on the level of stress and mental state of the individual. I approach by letting my students air out what their biggest cause of stress is then we tackle it from the base, finding a great coping mechanism for him/her.
