About George
I am a graduating high school student who has passed Calculus 1 & 2 as well as all other prior math classes with an A+. I have been tutoring students of all education backgrounds from as low as middle schoolers to college students working on PhDs. I have been tutoring for around 3 years in the following courses: Math SAT, Algebra, geometry, pre-calculus, statistics, calculus 1, and calculus 2.

My typical lesson plan involves the following steps:
1) Assessing the learner's knowledge and understanding of the subject matter through diagnostic questions and discussions.
2) Reinforcing or teaching the mathematical tools needed to solve the current lesson
3) Showing the student how to do the type of problem
4) Guiding the student through the problems
5) Allowing the student to try it on their own with help if needed
Providing the learner with practice exercises, homework assignments, and assessments to reinforce their understanding and measure their progress.
What sets me apart as a tutor is my ability to provide learners with personalized, interactive, and engaging learning experiences. I can adapt to different learning styles and preferences and provide clear and concise explanations to complex concepts.
