About Stefanos
I believe education and lifelong learning is essential to happiness and on the flip side, that the feeling of having fun is crucial to learning: my best experiences in education were ones where my teacher could convey their excitement for the content, and I felt excited to explore the material with them.
I bring this to the table, being very enthusiastic about Mathematics and Physics myself: the fact that they continuously prove to be able to describe the Universe at all scales (including us too!) is something straight out of a sci-fi movie, I love it!
Combining my knowledge and expertise with my ability to connect with people and make them feel at ease, I help students experiment with the material and explore questions, leading to an actual deep understanding of the content and equally importantly, having fun with it along the way, reinforcing their progress!

Through my experience as a full-time working tutor and as a student myself, I have solidified my belief that a feeling of understanding and non-judgement is essential to any impactful learning experience.
I combine my extensive education and research experience in the subject with my friendly and compassionate attitude to forge connections with my students, allowing us to work together to help them progress.
My focus is always on how the student is experiencing and understanding the content, addressing any confusion and concerns that come up as we go along to cover any gaps in knowledge, allowing us to build firmly on solid ground.
I also offer shorter-term tutoring experiences with students who are looking to address specific areas of concern, or help with specific questions (e.g. help with going through past papers in preparation for exams).
I tutor mainly students doing A Level Mathematics and Further Mathematics, with Physics tutoring and other levels (e.g. GCSE up to Undergraduate, Adult learners etc.) being an option. I am happy to discuss this over email, so get in touch if you're interested in these options. :)
