About Tashif
I was born in Canada, so when my family and I moved to Mexico 11 years ago, the most difficult part of adapting was learning the language. Just recently, I figured it was a good idea to dedicate some of my free time to helping beginners make their Spanish-speaking journey easier.
I am also a student, so I'm able to create a deeper bond with students, allowing their learning to feel more casual and easy.

As I am also a student, I am able to use teaching methods that align with common studying methods many students use.
Every student learns differently, so I start each new student with a quick assessment to understand their current level, their goals, and how they absorb information best. From there, every lesson is built around them.
A typical lesson looks like this: We open with 10 minutes of conversational warm-up. Then we move into the core focus of the session, whether that's vocabulary building, grammar in context, pronunciation, or a specific theme the student is working towards. We close with a short review, and I assign light, practical exercises they can actually use in their daily life
My lessons are open to all ages and levels; complete beginners, intermediate learners looking to gain fluency, high school and university students needing help with Spanish coursework.
