About Alex
I have a bachelor's degree of fine arts in Film Production and have been successfully directing commercials all over the world for 17 years. In commercials, I have won dozens of international awards including 4 Cannes Gold Lions, Clios, Bessies, London International Advertising Awards and Marketing Awards. My client list includes VISA, McDonald’s, Nestle, Ferrari, Societe Generale, and Pfizer. I have directed short films and won the Remi Award from the Houston International Film Festival. Past recipients include Spielberg, Lucas, Coppola, Stone and Lynch. Musical artists that I have worked with include Dolly Parton, Belinda Carlisle, Cyndi Lauper and Gloria Estefan. I studied under the mentorship of Irvin Kershner, director of ‘The Empire Strikes Back’.

Typical lessons include: Creation of short film projects Translating script to storyboard format Casting and crewing your film Shooting your film Working with actors Editing your film Film festival strategy The lessons are for all ages and levels.
