About MONISOLA
I have a B.Sc in Sociology and further studied career analyses & coaching. I have worked in banking, administration, education, and coaching & mentoring for 35 years now. I love coaching and mentoring as much as I love helping young learners get it right with subject & career choice even in filling their tertiary applications. I have volunteered with young learners and young adults for years so I know this area well, having helped a lot of young people. I have been a leader, manager and business owner so I know how to start from ground zero and build up with adequate leadership, communication, marketing and bookkeeping skills to get you started and growing. As a trained Life Coach, my clients get this as an added advantage.

With 35 years experience in coaching, mentoring, education and administration, I listen to your need, analyze where you are coming from, your goals and what you are currently doing for us to move you to where you need to be. I will give my input, I will give you simple home self-assessments to prepare for our next meeting. I also use psychometric tests which we will analyze together. Having been in business, I help my small business clients to get all the basics right for them to start their business. I love helping my young and adult clients get to where they want to be. Clarity of goals and the steps are important. NOTE - I do not go to your house but we can meet at a workspace, I prefer online Zoom, WhatsApp video.
