I have been teaching yoga for the last 8 years at yoga studios in my City. Everyone has a story and is drawn to yoga for a reason. That is what makes yoga a life style and not an exercise. I help you to get there because yoga is about body mind and spirit. Once you really realize that, you can utilize it on and away from your mat.

Breathing through out the practice and teaching you to avoid perfection in your practice is my goal. After all yoga is a "Practice" .
