About Curtis
I am a certified life and mental wellness coach dedicated to helping individuals break free from the patterns that keep them stuck and disconnected from the life they want.
My work is rooted in the understanding that most people aren’t lacking motivation—they’re navigating deeply ingrained thought patterns, internal narratives, and emotional habits that quietly shape their decisions. Using a combination of cognitive behavioral techniques and structured coaching, I help clients identify those patterns, challenge them, and replace them with practical strategies that lead to real, sustainable change.
As an author and coach, I bring both insight and lived experience into my work. I’ve guided individuals through personal reinvention, identity exploration, and major life transitions—helping them move from confusion and overwhelm to clarity, confidence, and forward momentum.
My approach is direct, supportive, and results-focused. I don’t believe in surface-level conversations or temporary motivation. I believe in doing the kind of work that creates lasting change—mentally, emotionally, and practically.
