About Mohammed
I am a lover of sports and physical exercise in general. Since I was a child I have been very competitive and now I really enjoy watching the progress of my clients. I like to laugh and see those around me laugh. One more abdominal exercise hehe. (Spanish Champion in 2018 in Workout Style, a Calisthenics modality)

My classes can vary as I cover different areas. I focus mainly on the client's joint health as my specialty is combined mobility work with maximum and relative strength work. The important thing is the client's health and well-being.
