About Charissa
My name is Charissa and my dream career is to become a physical therapist. Recently, as I am still working on that goal, I became a certified personal trainer. I didn’t do it only because of my love for fitness, but also because I know and have seen the benefits of taking action in one’s fitness can do. I want to share my knowledge with others so that others can become and maintain health physically and mentally.
