My goals as a teacher is to establish a good relationship with my students as well as inspire and encourage them. I believe in supporting students to set them up for success.
I enjoy planning creative lessons for my students and employing effective classroom management. My students are clear as to what the expected outcomes are and are provided the strategies to be able to achieve them. Students receive prompt feedback regarding their performance and we work together to set attainable goals that are personalized for each individual.
