About Jyothi
I teach traditional Hatha Yoga. My sessions are thoughtfully designed to promote holistic health and well-being. Each class includes Sukshma Vyayama, Breathing correction exercises, Shithila Vyayama, Surya Namaskar, Asanas, and Pranayama. To help students achieve the best results, I give emphasis on coordinating body movements with breath and practicing each posture with full awareness and mindfulness.
I also offer special sessions focused on pranayama, meditation, and Yoga Nidra for deeper relaxation and inner balance. I teach vinyasa flow too.
In every class, my focus is on overall body fitness, combined with personal attention to each student’s needs and progress.
