About Komal
I am a certified yoga instructor with a BSc in Yoga from Morarji Desai National Institute of Yoga and an MSc in Yoga from SVYASA, Bengaluru. I also hold an MBA in Health and Hospital Management. With over 5 years of teaching experience, I specialize in Hatha Yoga, Yoga Stretches, Pranayama, and Meditation. My goal is to help students improve flexibility, strength, and overall well-being through simple and effective yoga practices.

I believe yoga should be simple, enjoyable, and accessible for everyone.
My classes focus on building a balance between body, breath, and mind. A typical session includes warm-up exercises, Hatha Yoga, Pranayama (breathing techniques), and meditation to improve flexibility, strength, and mental relaxation.
With 5+ years of teaching experience and academic training in yoga, I guide students with proper alignment and mindful breathing to ensure safe and effective practice.
My classes are suitable for beginners as well as intermediate learners, including students, working professionals, and anyone who wants to improve their physical and mental well-being through yoga.
