About Jessica
I am a Certified Yoga Teacher who has been teaching since 2012. In my teaching journey, I have taught students of all levels and in a variety of settings including studios, corporate offices, and events. In my gentler classes such as Yin and Restorative, students find their experiences to be relaxing. My goal for teaching slower styles yoga is to help students calm their minds and connect deeper to their breath and being.

My teaching style is focused on teaching students good alignment techniques as that will allow them to build strong foundation skills that will support not just their movement practice, but also their daily life. Throughout class, students can expect me to coach them on techniques on how to refine their posture and experience. Students can expect to leave class feeling refreshed and uplifted like they have let go of a giant weight. I teach to all levels and offer students modifications and variations to support their discovery of yoga.
Bonus: Live piano music may be provided during Savasana as I also play the piano!

24-Hour Cancellation Policy: Students wishing to cancel or reschedule their lesson must provide written notice within 24 hours of the class start time. Failure to do so will result in a charge of $50 for last-minute cancellations.
