About Rifqa
Hi, I’m a qualified social worker and Senior Practitioner with over 10 years of experience in Child Protection, MASH and assessment teams. I am also a Practice Educator and have supported social work students, ASYEs and newly qualified social workers throughout their development. I understand how challenging placements, interviews and the first years of practice can be, and I aim to provide practical, supportive and confidence-building guidance. Whether you need help preparing for a social work interview, reflecting on practice, understanding child protection processes or navigating placement requirements, I can offer tailored support based on real-world experience from frontline children’s services.
