About Mary
I want to teach because I know how transformative the right guidance can be when studying law. Subjects like Company Law, Property Law, and Equity can feel dense and overwhelming at first, but with the right support, they begin to click—and that moment of understanding can change everything. I’m motivated by helping students reach that point, where confidence replaces uncertainty and they start to think like lawyers rather than just memorizing material. Teaching gives me the opportunity to make a real difference, not just in exam results, but in how students approach challenges, build independence, and realize their own potential.

I am a dedicated law tutor with experience in core subjects including Company Law, Succession Law, Property Law, Contract Law, and Equity. My approach is centred on making complex legal principles clear, practical, and engaging, while adapting each lesson to suit your individual learning style and goals.
I believe that the best results come from a supportive and personalised learning environment. Rather than relying on a one-size-fits-all method, I take the time to understand how you learn best—whether that’s through structured explanations, problem-based learning, or exam-focused techniques.
Before each lesson, I will get in contact with you to discuss exactly what you need help with. This allows us to focus on the areas that matter most to you, whether it’s building foundational understanding, tackling difficult topics, or preparing for exams. My aim is to ensure that every session is efficient, targeted, and genuinely helpful.
With a friendly and approachable style, I strive to make studying law less overwhelming and more manageable, helping you build both confidence and competence in your subject.
