About Luke
Generally, I am someone who dedicates everything to what I put my mind to. I have had multiple internships that have developed my skillset as a computer scientist and as a communicator. Aside from my degree, I love game development and AI and have used my computer programming skills to work on projects as a indie game developer. I keep a professional but relaxed air to me in whatever environment I'm in because I believe that the best work is done while being able to have a little fun :)

I believe that students learn best when they are given the opportunity to learn for themselves with proper guidance to keep them in the right direction.
Typically, I will ask the student what topics they are struggling with, create a plan alongside some exercises for them, and demonstrate a few so they can understand the intricacies behind the problems. Then, I will incrementally have the student go through problems until they can confidentally do it on their own.
I specialize in high-school and college level computer science courses related to programming and mathematics but am willing to teach mathematics at a younger level. My strongsuits involve computer languages, data structures, business logic, and algebra.
I believe I am unique as a tutor because I am sympathetic and patient, and I will always prioritize the student and how they feel about the lessons. I am willing to go the extra mile for a passionate student.
