About Emily
I majored in Sustainable Environmental Design and Economics as well as minored in Sociology. I've done quite a bit of teaching throughout my life and have even traveled to Japan and Jamaica to do so. It is so incredibly motivating to see change in the individuals I teach; it reinforces my passion to help people improve and gain happiness.

When it come to teaching this topic, I prefer to keep lessons laid back and casual but also personal. These lessons are meant to help individuals with their personal lives (which I am sure are hectic and full of stress already!) and help them feel successful!
