About Alize
I have lead 3 annual shows while still performing and perfecting my craft. I am always a student and I learn from my students how to be better everyday. I have hosted camps and intensive summer courses for children and also had group and private sessions with all ages up to 50 but I have no limitation or bias against any age or level of training.

This beginner class is for anyone who wants to strengthen the muscles and set fun and realistic goals. My approach to teaching is learning how you learn and create a safe and effective environment. First you will learn the dos and don’ts, then target any muscle weakness, improve balance and confidence.
