About Lindsey
I have been giving lessons for one year at my institution. I have tutored 3 students at once in beginning level Spanish courses. One of my students received an A in her course, while 2 others who struggled significantly in previous Spanish classes were able to pass and showed significant improvement from before they reached out for tutoring services.

I have studied Spanish for 3 years in high school and 3 years in college. I am currently completing my Spanish minor at Notre Dame of Maryland University. I am not a native Spanish speaker, which is an advantage for those trying to learn because I understand the system of learning the language. I received the departmental award for foreign language at my institution for excellence in my Spanish courses. I have also had exposure to speaking Spanish outside of the classroom, which has been vital for me in learning how to speak the language. I will use similar techniques to those that are used by my institution, but alter lessons based on the needs of the individual. I am patient and great at working with people.

Lindsey is very helpful and giving to others. She treats everyone fair and is well organized. She has tutored me in Spanish for a year and I have seen my Spanish vocab improve. We also work on group projects together and she a great team player on and off the court.
Lindsey is an amazing tutor. She helped me bring my grade in Spanish up from a D to an A. She didn't focus on helping me memorize. Instead she explained the content in a way that would help me understand it. I used to hate Spanish but now I love it. Lindsey is also very flexible with my schedule and we would end up spending hours just studying. I'm so lucky to have met a friend/tutor like Lindsey. I'd highly recommend her as a tutor to anyone who needs help in any subject.
