About Elizabeth

I’ve been in music my entire life. I’ve had kind patient teachers and I’ve had tough not so patient teachers. I’ve experienced it all andhave come to recognize which teaching approach works better for those trying to learn.

With the right attitude and a tailored approach, I believe I can work well with anyone who wants to learn as a musician.

I will work with you if you work with me. Let’s get you where you want to be!

About the lesson

I take a patient and technical teaching approach including body awareness according to the Alexander technique.

A lesson can be tailored to the needs of the student and include proper warm up, vocal technique, body awareness, developing healthy singing habits, sight singing, music theory, ear training (pitch and rhythm), and personal style development.

These lessons are for ANY age even young children with who I will incorporate music learning games to encourage your child to fall in love with learning music. Levels: Beginner and Intermediate.

I look forward to working with you

Thanks to Elizabeth's amazing teaching skills, I'm no longer dreading math class. I'm actually starting to understand the material and even enjoy the challenge! My grades have definitely improved, but more importantly, I feel confident to approach new problems. I’m currently in 9th grade and taking Algebra 1. If you're looking for a fantastic math tutor who can make Algebra 1 a breeze, look no further than Elizabeth. She is very knowledgeable and has a great approach to explaining so that you understand. You won't regret it!

I do not have a car at this time and the $10 transportation fee is to help me afford taking an Uber/Lyft. If that is not something you wish to pay please consider my virtual sessions. Thank you for your time and understanding.
