About Lexi
I have worked with children for several years, volunteering with children with disabilities since middle school and working at a child care center since high school. I have helped several children with homework needs at the school I used to work. I have aided them gain understanding in subjects other than English; however, English is my specialty.
As well as this experience, I have been teaching my siblings from an early age. I taught my brother how to read when he was four, and I also help my siblings with their high-school-homework on a weekly basis.

I have a high school diploma, and I am currently enrolled in MTSU as a sophomore studying English and history. I will be a junior next semester due to my many AP credits. I graduated with honors, distinction, and in the top 10% of my graduating class of 450.
I will be tutoring children in elementary school through high school and can provide assistance with reading comprehension, writing skills, test preparation, and historical thinking.
I believe in a very hands-on approach: I believe the more practice students get the better off they will be. I can provide practice exams as well as prompts and exercises for the students to gain footing in their areas of need.
