About Grace
I am a senior therapist in the NHS and a clinical tutor at UCL. I have a passion for helping people improve their lives through improved communication and relationships. Well-intentioned interactions can often lead to unnecessary stress in our lives. So I want to give people knowledge and empower them to communicate effectively and confidently.
