Interacting with students appropriately and respectfully, communicating clearly and directly and interpersonal skills are all essential to being a teacher. Learning from others is important. Students often conceptualise professionalism from seeing examples of people being unprofessional.
We need to show students trust and respect, especially as these two behaviors are essential in maturity. Really observe kids and listen. Highlight their good qualities regularly and then empower them to help their peers.

I will encourage, not humiliate and you can be confident that topics are pitched perfectly so my students can make speedy progress straight away. I will try some old ways of teaching & learning techniques to make the class more fun & learnable at the same time.
I aim to help students over the long term by discussing revision strategies and memory aids to ensure that topics covered in sessions will remain fresh and exam ready. Remember, an exam is not only a test of what you can do, it is also a test of what you can remember. One of the key benefits of Online Teaching is having the opportunity to assess a students’ knowledge in a relaxed, calm and non judgmental environment, and remedy where appropriate.
