I am a full time university student, I work at a secondary school full time too. I want to teach to help and encourage those who didn’t previously have a liking or interest in science to have a different perspective on it. I am always learning equally the same as to how to be a successful teacher and learning to adapt teaching strategies to everyone’s needs, there is no such thing as ‘one size fits all’ approach

I use visual strategies (e.g. diagrams/tactile objects/whiteboards) to explain science. 30mins-45mins would be an ideal lesson length, happy to do longer. I am entering my final year for health sciences, I also teach secondary level science as a cover supervisor, I wish to train to be a science teacher after completion of my degree.
I would happily teach from ages within 11-16 years.
