About Dan
I'm a passionate programmer, maker and teacher. I taught myself web development, Python and JavaScript as well as a few other languages at university and now I love helping students create projects and game in code and in electronics.
I've been head of Computing at two schools and currently work at a school in West London.

Lesson times are flexible but I find 40 to 60 minutes is a good amount of time to review previous learning and develop new knowledge while discussing ideas and connecting the content with wider topics.
I have coached many students through their exams and find that developing connections between topics and with the wider world creates confidence and stronger application skills in the exam.
